This trailer drier went through our refurbishment workshop where it was put through our 27-check point process to ascertain any repairs needed. The trailers electrical, heating & cooling, hydraulic, brake and fuel systems were all tested. Work carried out on the trailer included,
- Hydraulic couplings replaced.
- New PTO shaft cover fitted.
- Full set of stirring augers replaced.
- Stirring auger motor replaced.
- Missing safety guards fitted.
- Drive belts replaced and tensioned.
- Guide rollers and bearings replaced where necessary.
- Mesh drying floor fully replaced.
- New stainless furnace burner tube fitted.
- Gearbox oil changed and trailer fully greased.
- Control panel repainted.
- Worn air seals replaced.
