At Tey Farm Systems we have a specialist team who have a vast experience in the refurbishment of old steel or concrete framed buildings.

The work is carried out to the same exacting standards as would be applied to a new build.

Initial site visit carried out for an appraisal of the work followed by a full and detailed quotation
Safe removal and disposal of non-notifiable asbestos cement sheets (Chrysatile) by our experienced and qualified staff
Tey Farm Systems are licensed to remove the cladding from the site and have transferred to a Registered Land Fill site
Strip existing roof and/or wall cladding and re-clad in a variety of specifications
Re-clad with Fibre cement sheets, and re-clad with composite panels to add insulation to the building
Over clad the existing cladding
Create new openings and install roller shutter/sectional doors and personnel doors
Add natural day light into a roof or replace existing roof lights
Replace eaves gutters/line valley gutters
We can line the existing valley gutter with a continuous aluminium liner system (no joints)
Simply replace or repair damaged sheets
